Disputes
Noda is offered to businesses and not to consumers. Disputes are governed by Section 19 of the Terms and Conditions: Romanian law, and the courts of Brașov. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025 and is not available.
The Romanian consumer protection authority (ANPC) runs the platform for alternative dispute resolution (SAL) at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.
